Friday evening our friends at Coffee Matters invite you to sample a selection of their best local roasts and teas, while you enjoy desserts prepared by four of the provinces top pastry chefs. Saturday after a full day on the hill or relaxing around town get ready as the evening begins at 7:00pm with the Iceberg Pre-Dinner Reception, followed by an amazing 7 course meal prepared by 8 of the province's chefs, your chefs have been working tirelessly, each chef will create a course using local ingredients.
